Oh you silly dill! If you accidentally make a mistake when ordering, i.e. wrong delivery address or misspell something, please let us know via email (hello@unhingedgifts.com) or live chat as soon as possible. If your glorious order has not yet been fulfilled we can normally remedy the mistake for you, you spud. Unfortunately if the order has already been processed and/or dispatched we can no longer make any amendments.

Other than exceptionally outrageous and hilarious 3D pop up art?! What more could you want?!

All our 3D pop up cards also include a blank, internal, pull out card where you can add a personal note onto. You will see a bright hand pointing and this will pull out the little card inside. You can also detach most of the pop ups from the cards, and keep them as little decorations. Hang them on your Christmas tree or display on the mantle! The 3D scream & shake cards all have in-built speakers and batteries and will play their insane sounds and move upon opening. They can play ~2000 times each, lasting 20 seconds each time. All cards also include paper envelopes and are all FSC certified and made with responsibly sourced paper.

Cards are delivered by Royal Mail and can sometimes be hiding amongst your daily letters/mail instead of with your parcel deliveries. Please ensure you check these areas, particularly if going to businesses or if there are communal areas where letters are dropped etc.

Ah, excellent choice my friend. To use/activate the butterfly:

1) Have your magnificent card semi closed in front of you

2) Twist the top half of the butterfly ~10-15 times 3) Pinch the top (where the elastic and hook are) so that the butterfly doesn't fly off 4) Slide Mrs Butterbutt into your now slightly evil card

5) You're ready! As soon as the card is opened, it will shoot out!

Things of note:

- Don't worry if you mess it up a few times! Our butterflies are designed to be reused

- If you need, you can gently twist the top half and let it fly out of your hands a couple of times to get the hang of how it works!

- Be careful not to over twist/wind as this can snap the butterfly! You will feel the elastic tighten and push back against your hand as you wind it up, but remember it doesn't need to be super tight to work really well!

Don't worry! When you first open our 3D scream & shake cards they will automatically start their unhinged performance, however they have been designed to stop after x3 loops so that you can then easily (and sanely) write your personal message inside without issue. As soon as you close the card and re-open it again, the loop will activate and start singing and shaking again!

Ahh, a mischevious deviant you must be! We like it. If adding an 'exploding butterfly' you will be able to wind up a small, fluttering (paper) critter so when loved ones open their card it explodes out at them! You know what, just enjoy some videos of it in action...

Please note: The butterfly will be sent 'inactive' so it won't fly out at you on opening. This means you can safely open your card, add your personal message then when ready, wind it up, pop it inside and unleash the madness.

Our cards will be sent to you in protective, hard-backed postage envelopes. Any packaging that is either a brown, kraft envelope or a colourful elephant's butt are our external postal envelopes. Inside every one of these is another, lovely, traditional envelope. You just need to tear open these outer hard envelopes to see what card is inside, then you can write your personal message inside too!

You bet ya! All our fun cards are made from FSC certified, sustainable, high grade & responsibly sourced paper. All paper stock is carefully picked so that it can be approved by the Forest Stewardship Council, this does mean the paper costs more but it protects forests and all their cute little critters. You can then recycle all of our cards! Including the scream cards just please dispose of the battery separately via a battery recycling bin. Many of the 3D pop ups can also be detached so you can keep & display the cheeky devil as a memorable decoration or hang on your Christmas tree! Finally wherever possible, we use carbon neutral couriers 🚚
